i'm looking for a house or landmark known to the residents of San Juan Island called "The Tower House", but i don't believe it's the Tower House B & B.

the right place has to be at about 38 metres elevation (120-125 feet) and visible (through a spotting scope or good binoculars) from 10 Mile Point near Victoria. The house is white with a brown roof.

This is an objective for a sort of a scavenger hunt/contest thing i'm doing where we have to run around and sight to distant objects and stuff like that (it's hard to explain, but we're having fun!)
