Roche Harbor has a pretty good fireworks show, live music on all three nights of the weekend, other fun activities like logrolling, and always has a good "vibe" going on the fourth. Lopez Island also has a great fireworks show and the island is "very laid back"... even by Island standards. I'm sure they will also be featuring live music on the fourth.
The Town of Friday Harbor also has its own fireworks show.
Eastsound Village on Orcas Island is said to have an incredible fireworks show.
