Island Transportation business?
«

I am interested in starting a business on Friday Harbor, that services all the islands. This would be a transportation service that would take people from the islands to as far away as Seattle, even the airport. We would transport people on a fifteen passanger bus. My question is if this is a needed service on the islands.

Thanks for posting on the message board...
I think it all depends on the detailed points and pricing of your business model.
There are already a couple different airport shuttle businesses.
Perhaps you could work something out with the Chamber of Commerce for transporting visitors up from the I5 corridor.
I'm sure more people would visit the island's if there was discounted transportation to and from the Anacortes ferry landing.
More research is needed. Good luck.
